Description

An RAF Vulcan bomber crashes while testing classified technology. A lone pilot, Robert May, survives, but within twenty-four hours one of the dead crewmen starts giving up his secrets.

What the young pilot learns will challenge everything he knows about the Royal Air Force, the British Government and the Cold War.

Set over seven days in June 1966 as Britain struggled with dual identities of swinging London and an establishment set in its post-war austere ways.

When he took off on a Friday afternoon Flt Lt Robert May knew which side he was on, but soon after the crash those seemingly strong lines have become blurred.

Wracked with guilt from his role in the crash that killed his friend, May is set on a journey of redemption with the fallout felt in Whitehall and the Pentagon.
