Living stress-free. It sounds like an impossibility. It’s true that we’ll never completely eliminate the stressors in our lives, but there are ways of coping and managing stress in our lives. Jesus told His disciples He was leaving His peace with them, yet we often have a hard time grasping and holding on to that peace. This 4-week Bible study discusses the various sources of stress in our lives: overcrowded calendars, relationships, and life circumstances. By examining these aspects of lives from a biblical perspective, we find practical and God-centered steps to move from a life of stress to a life of abundant peace.
