Pregnancy is a magical time, but only if you’re in a good place. If you’re fearful, stressed and anxious then it can be very isolating and depressing. The last thing you want when you’re in a place like this is the barrage of negative information that hits you daily about birth. If it’s not from well-meaning friends and family telling you about their horror birth stories *to warn you*, it’s TV shows showing dramatic and scary medical births. It can be very hard to navigate this treacherous terrain and stay positive. This is why I launched my podcast; to create a place that women could come to alleviate their fears so that they could prepare for a fear free childbirth.
