BioKen Britz was born and raised in the Midwest. At 19, he enlisted in the United States Navy and was commissioned after graduating from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. in Computer Science. After successful submarine service and a shore tour, he transitioned to the Navy Reserves where he continues to serve. He earned a MBA from New York University Stern School of Business and currently works in sales and engineering. <br /> <br /> He is an avid reader of fiction (primarily science fiction and fantasy) and non-fiction (business, strategy, and biographies).
